I have gap in my front incisors (UP), Which i had a filling done 3 yrs ago. Now most of the filling had come off. Recently I notice that gums are trying to fill in that gap, is it good or bad?

I have gap in my front incisors, Which i had a filling done 3 yrs ago. Now most of the filling had come off. Recently I notice that gums are trying to fill in that gap, is it good or bad? I dont have any pain, bleeding, eeat well. And I take medication for organ transplant.
