What can I do for severe hives? My entire body is swollen.

On Thursday I began itching all over, and by that evening I started getting hives which have grown increasingly worse. I have taken hydroxizine 50mg 3 times, benadryl capsules, and ibuprofen for pain and inflammation. I have also used benadryl cream and hydrocortisone cream on the affected areas. All of this seems to work only temporarily, but the hives persist. They have grown to the size of quarters or larger in some areas. They are all over my body including; hands, feet, stomach, legs, arms, face, neck, and my feet, hands, and lips have become extremely swollen due to the hives.
