What can cause diarrhea? How many days should you wait before going to a doctor?

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 29

Nothing I’ve never had diarrhea last this long. It’s going on 7 days and doses not seem to be getting better. I’m not as hungry as I normally am through out the day and my stomach fills full after just a couple of bites, so full I can fill it wanting to come back up. Now I’ve also been burping this nasty taste.

It’s been about 7 days; I haven’t been eating much at all. It feels like the food is not digesting. I can’t even eat a cup of soup without feeling really full. Yesterday I started burping a nasty taste.

I haven’t been aboard, no meds for the diarrhea, I’ve been on same birth control for over 18 months, my urine seems the same color and frequency. The diarrhea seems to come mostly at night when I’m completely flat, during the day it’s not active; it’s still their turning just not active.
