Hello,
I get foot pain/soreness. I'm 26 yrs old and am on my feet alot at work. I wear ecco shoes which were good for a few months, then pain returned. The pain is inside the bridge of my foot. The right foot tends to hurt more often than the Left. My 2nd toe on the right is swelled and I cannot bend it. The ball portion of the toe is very swollen(twice the size of the other Left toe) and alittle red and is also the most sore of all. I notice the pain only when walking, otherwise it feels of sitting ot lying down. Oh yeah, it has been this way for over a year, and seems to be almost fine on some days but then really hurts bad on other days. What sould I do, besides icing it? What could my doctor even do? I cannot afford to not be off my feet due to work! Please help!
