Can you please reccomend an over the counter medicine that might help stomach flu like symptoms? Since early this am, my husband has been vomiting and having diarhea. He has not been able to eat all day and has a hard time keeping fluids down. He feels "achy" all over and is desparately seeking relief until this hopefully passes.
