I would be concerned about your gall bladder or your pancreas. If you are a drinker or use any medications regularly then it is even more concerning. You should be evaluated for this, urgently if the pain increases in severity or is accompanied by fever. Oddly, this could even be a pneumonia causing referred pain to the ruq
Do yourself a favor and get this checked out.
