oh for about a year now, at times my body will shake hands ...

oh for about a year now, at times my body will shake hands head legs... at first when i talked to my doctor we thought that i was under alot of stress and i am but i dont really know now... he put me some meds. for stress it helps it takes away my... well i think panic attacks, but i tried to wing my self off the meds about 3 to 4 months ago, but the last month i have started all over again... some part of the day i am fine but i could be sitting there and i feel it comeing sweating shakeing hands head legs.

what do you think...panic attacks? or what
