I have diarrhea and a gassy feeling in my stomach. I feel full although I've hardly eaten all day. I feel like I need to burp. So-oh, I drank a beer, which usually makes me burp and I drank some Alka Seltzer. I am so bloated that it looks like I'm pregnant -- which I am not. And I look very swollen, and it's very hard right under my breasts. The diarrhea I can deal with, but this gassy bloaty feeling is very uncomfortable and I am a full time student and I need to make it to class tomorrow. Please help

This can be the sign of acid reflux or it could also be a problem with your gallbladder as well. If products such as Prilosec OTC, Pepto-Bismol or Extra Strength Tums are not effective then you would need to be seen for a prescription medication such as Nexium or Prevacid for a regular regiment. If this is a problem involving a gallbladder attack this usually causes abdominal pain as well but it can cause the same symtoms as you are experiencing as well so I would make it a point to be seen as soon as you can for further evaluation.
