I suspect that I have diabets. I do have an appointment to see me doctor for a check-up including a fasting blood sugar test. I just checked my urine using the test strips. The results came back negative. No change in color of the test strip. Is this a good indication that I do NOT have a high blood sugar, meaning that I do not have diabetes?

It may indicate that you do not have diabetes. But some medications if they are in your system can give false negative result.
