I have a friend with a terninal illness. He is prescribed the drug oxicotine for this illness. He has health insurance but the prescription plan only will pay for the generic form of this drug. He doesn't have the money to pay for this prescription and the generic doesn't help. What can he do to afford this drug that gives him the ONLY sense of a pain free life?
