As a pharmacist I would have to say that the ingredients such as Valerian and Passion Flower have been used for relaxing and calming in stressful situations. My feeling is that it would do no harm, as long as you are not taking any antidepressant medication however I can make NO promises as to how effective it is.
Facial blushing is related to vasodilatation of blood vessels under the skin, usually in response to emotional stimuli. Degree of problem depends upon your natural colouring eg I have red hair and I blushed very easily growing up. However with confidence and maturity the problem seems to have rectified itself.
Personally it does seem very expensive but if you feel it would help you, then there would be a degree of placebo effect in this situation.
