Congratulations on stopping the medication. I think you're on the road to recovery, and it sounds like you're seeing a progression already. Everyday will get a little better. Withdrawal from any narcotic medication, like percocet, can take a week or a bit longer. In general, one can experience some flu-like symptoms (nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, irritability, insomnia, chills) that will remit and get better within a few days (3-5 or so) and might then over the course of a week or two just have some residual insomnia. After two weeks, you should be completely free and clear of any symptoms. But the majority of them should disappear over the next few days.

One other factor to consider is that withdrawal from any narcotic medication can also cause substantial emotional symptoms as well. So call your physician if you are feeling overwhelmed.

I hope this helps. In general, it's always better to gradually withdrawal from a medication, and you must do so under the direct care of your physician as well. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Take care.
