i'm working around a lot of dirt and dust and it's really affecting my sinus.my head is stopped up and i feel like i'm taking in a lot of dust through my nasal area. its very uncomftable. what do you suggest for over the counter medicines that will really agree with me i'm taking synthroid daily it's the only precribed medicines that i take other that vitamins.i need something that will work instantly
