I had a bug bite on my shoulder that turned into staff ...

I had a bug bite on my shoulder that turned into staff infection back in january it has healed very well considering i didn't go to the hospital,but now i have the same problem on the inside of my right thigh close to my private area. i had a friend lance it and it is draining on its own but the area is still very swollen hard and painfull.What over the counter medications can i use since i am allergic to sulfa drugs,mycin drugs and cipro?because i have no insurance or transportation so i can't go to the doctor or the hospital.

How are you sanitizing the object that you use to lance this with?

How big is the area of redness?

Can you see any streaking red lines coming from the area?
