I am 66 years old and recently (1 year ago) stopped taking premarin. For the past 6 months I have noticeable hair thinning..What can I do to help stop the thinning? Is there certain foods or herbal products I can use to help, as I really don't want to get on any prescription drugs. The only medicine I am taking is Lipator 20mg. Please help, , Thank you, Frances
