My child (6months) old fell from her changing table

My child (6months) old fell from her changing table (approx 3-1/2 ft) and landed on her back yesterday. She seemed fine, as far as not being lethargic, no LOC, No bruising, No bleeding. Today her voice is hoarse and she doesn't want to go to sleep and wants to be held the constatntly. I am also having trouble getting her to go to sleep tonight, she is tired, but everytime i lay her down she wakes up and starts to cry. I am not sure what to do. I don't want to be over-reactive but i also dont want to under-react.

Did she get taken to ER or was she seen by a doctor after her fall?

Have you tried any medication eg infant tylenol?
