I've had 6 months (off the pill) with regular but

I've had 6 months (off the pill) with regular but only 24 hour periods. This month I've finally had 3 full days but I also am extremely depressed. I've been depressed before but this has been severe. I've had real trouble getting weight off in the last year as well. 10 years ago a Dr. told me I had Lupus but I've only ever had a handful of the symptoms. Could any of this be related? I should probably mention that there is vertigo involved and has been worse lately but I attributed that to more physical activity and a bit more stress. (Wow, I sound like a real hypocondriac). Does this combination sound like ANYTHING? I just don't like not feeling like myself or like I can do what everyone else can. i have no stamina.
