Dear Doctor, I experience pain in my lower legs everyday

Dear Doctor,

I experience pain in my lower legs everyday after sunset. Stangely enough, I ah ve no aches or pains during the course of day. But come nightfall and I am frozen. I have not taken any medication other than Alleve to manage the pain. Can you help please ? Thanks. Kay
