I have numbness and tingling feeling in my forearms and hands. It is not all the time. It comes and goes and not super uncomfortable. It comes and goes but has been ongoing for the past five days.

Have you noticed any neck or back pain along with the tingling & numbness?   Any new medications that you are taking?

You could have a pinched nerve. You may want to make an appointment with your doctor or a chiropractor for an accurate diagnosis. (my husband recently had this and after going to the doctor, found that the most relief he achieved was from the chiropractor)
