I went on the first of the last month for a exam

I went on the first of the last month for a exam because my boobs were hurting and took a pregnacy test i have a 18 month baby dont breastfeed her and i still have milk .. the test came back negative and i took 3 more pregnacy test and negative but it is going to be a 1 1/2 since i do not have a period... I have alot of discharge clear ...
am i pregnat?
