severe itchy skin

back on may 13 i had a place come up on my side at the hipp bone my dr sent my to see a surgeon the surgeon opened it and sent a small sample to the lab, the next week the surgeon said it looked like aspider bite (brown recluse) for the last 3 weeks she has cut skin away, it is now on firt inside the hole. i also developed a severe itchy shin with no rash, the itch is so bad that i cant sleep at night and i cant do my job as i did do to this itch, i have beed taking benadryl 100mg every 6 hrs for 3 week with no relief, my surgeon said it was allergys but i have no other systems, can you please derect in the right direction. thank you ann
