Sinus infection

I have a throbbing headache that started yesterday and it comes and goes with every breath. The pain is in the front of my head and fans out over my eyes and up the middle. Is this a sinus infection? If so, what do I need to take for it?

This can be a sign of a sinus infection or it could also be the sign of a cluster headache. It does sound more related to a sinus infection which is more responsive with antibiotics so this is recommended, if this does not improve then that would be your best bet as if you have taken one round it may not have completely healed the infection but start with some Tylenol Sinus which is very good and also will help with the headache as well. I would also recommend some Excedrin Migrain as well as this is the best headache medication as far as OTC.
