foot problems

i have a corn on the bottom of my right foot under the big toe for 2 and a half months now have been treating with corn and callus remover plus corn pads to relieve the pressure but is not getting better has gotten bigger and more painful. finding my self prtecting that toe alot also in the last 3 weeks developed numbness and tingling of 3 toes on same foot but not the big toe. can you please give me some advice as to what is wrong with my foot. i have had corns before but never like this one that won't heal thank you very much for any info that you may give
