As per my research and information available, there is no additional risk of stroke due to having Long QTc interval in additiona to AF.
However there are a couple of things that are important..
  • Many anti-arrhythmic medicines would be contrainidcated / used with caution in a person with AF and Long QT interval
  • A patient who has already suffered a stroke and continues to have a long QT intervalis possibly at a higher risk of death (Read here)
