I have a itch rash under my armpits that is reddish and colour and can sting a little bit sometimes do you know of any over the counter medicines that might help I've had this for a few months and have tried disinfected soaps and some stuff called desonide lotion 0.05 percent which seems to help but does not make the rash go a way.
