what can tiny painful sores on my penis be

tiny sores that are mostly trigered by water or moisture and has a dark spot that looks like its under the skin or could be on the skin and its painful they said it could be herpes but the medicine they gave me dont seem to work it keeps comeing back time and time again

You need to continue with the Valtrex and this will help to control future breakouts if this is herpes. This is the best product on the market for helping to control the breakouts. But you do need to get this breakout under control. You should also try some Goldbond medicated ointment and also the powder as well. This could very well be related to a heat rash as well so this is the product I feel will be the best help to you. They should be able to do testing to determine if this is definately herpes or not and if so make sure you do not miss any of the Valtrex as it has had wonderful results with helping to control breakouts and many people go a year or more without having any breakouts whatsoever.
