IS THERE ANY WAY TO CONTROL THIS OR IS THERE A PRODUCT I CAN USE TO STRENGTHEN THE OUTER LAYER OF SKIN?

Every day scientists come out with new medication for skin problems as a result of poor circulation. Dermatologist usually aware of these new medications faster than other group of physicians. To see a dermatologist will be helpful. Please let me know if you have more questions.
