About once a month my husband feels like the lower back of his head is giving him discomfort. He says it feels like there is pressure there. We thought it might be from milk products. But I looked at a sight for lactose symptoms and it didn't mention anything close to his symptoms. The symptoms only last a couple of days and he is cranky along with not feeling well. He is usually a good natured person. Any Ideas? He said it feels like his brain swells.

Blood Sugar levels Are checked by taking a blood sample . It can be done in a pathology lab By a registerd lab technician.

Alsi i advice you to monitor Blood Pressure levels fot atleast 4-5 days regularly. It is monitred by Sphygmomanometer.
