I have had really bad pain in my abdominal area for 3 days now, and my cycle is 7 days late. I took about 8 HPTs and they were all negative. The pain I have feels like the cramps I get when my cycle is down. I was diagnosed with a cyst on my left ovary years ago and was treated for it. My doctor perscribed a medication to help my cycle come down about 2 months ago because it was irregular. I took it and my cycle appeared in June but it didn't come down this month. I also have been taking Ovulex to help me get pregnant. Is there a chane of me being pregnant, or could it be something else?
