Please, completely describe his symptoms -- including how long he has had them?

How long was he in the sun?

How much (total qty of all liquids) answe had to drink today?

Has he urinated since he started having the symptoms?

Does he have any other health problems?

Have you given him any medication for his current symptoms? If so, what have you given him?

Does he take any medication on a regular basis?
