I have been experiencing migranes for sometime now. I went to my Dr. and She suggested that I see a nuerologist. my question is what does migranes and nuerology have to do with one another. What kind of test will be perfomed when I do go to the neurologist. what should I expect at the nuerologists office. I am a little scared I just turned 29 and nothing seems to be working I am currently taking imitrex, however when I do take the pill the migraine is still lingering for two to three days. I end up taking advil migrane otc medication. Please help.
