I have been on Celexa (20 mgs) for about 6 months

I have been on Celexa (20 mgs) for about 6 months now and still feel very edgy. Is this normal or do I need to be boosted up to a higher dose or new medication. My son is getting married in Septmeber and I know that has something to do with it. Worried about how I feel and if I will make it through the wedding??
