hi my n ame is donna i live mass i w eigh over 500lbs and i have diabetes and im four weeks away from gastric by pass surgery do y ou know of any drs that can help me i c ant get o ut of the house im housebound i went to drs the other day to pick up pain script because i had to do it in person i c ant do it again and ive been on pain meds for four years i wont make it back up my stairs again the nurses from visiting nurses told me this and the dr does not care what should i do next?>
