I have red blotchy dots on my stomach. they've formed a rash...what are they?

It only itches when I touch it. Its like a red rash, but when i brush over it i can feel the bumps. DO you have an email? I can send u a picture of it. Nowhere else is there a rash. A couple of red bumps in random places, but i think they are just in-grown hairs. I am allergic to tree nuts and italian rye grass.
