Hello,
The short answer:
If Diovan HCT, ranitidine, and prilosec OTC are the only medications you take now, there is no reason that you cannot take sildenafil, and by no reason, I mean that there are no known negative interactions that have been documented between these medicines, nor should it cause unusual effects in you.
The long answer: It's ALWAYS a good idea to introduce another medicine (especially one like viagra) under the watch of your doctor. You're right to ask this question; there are certain anti blood pressure medicines (like nitroprusside, isosorbide dinitrate) which absolutely prevent you from taking Viagra, and other medicines (like diltiazem or Norvasc, and certain antibiotics) which you need to be very careful with if you decide to begin taking Viagra. Viagra itself also has some side effects which you should be aware of and watchful for (like headaches, flushing, dizziness, vision changes, precipitous drops in your blood pressure). However, if I were your doctor, I would write you a prescription for viagra, but I would caution you about the side effects, and ask that you call me if you experience ANY problems with it. It's an excellent medicine, but with any medicine, comes with its drawbacks.
Hope this helps. If it did, leave me feedback, and accept my answer! Thanks.
