Hello!
Sorry you're not feeling well. You're doing a great job of trying to manage your symptoms yourself (cranberry juice can work very well, but won't always!), but it sounds like this is UTI and it's not going to go away without you going to see a doctor.
One additional thing you can do to relieve the pain is try a medicine called Pyridium, also known as phenazopyridine. This is available in your pharmacy, without a prescription, and it can lessen the discomfort you feel. It will NOT CURE THE INFECTION, however, and it sounds like you need antibiotics.
I would NOT use Vagi-gard. This will not help with your symptoms.
You should go to a doctor as soon as you can; the sooner you get antibiotics, the sooner you'll start to feel better. Your doctor will ask for a urine sample to make sure you have a UTI, and will probably send your urine away for bacterial culture to see what bacteria might be causing the infection. Finally, your doctor will give you antibiotics, which you should take, and may have to take for 3-7 days.
If you do not get this treated, it can lead to an infection of your kidney, called pyelonephritis, and this can be dangerous, and merit admission to the hospital. So get your UTI treated!
Hope this helps. If so, please accept my answer, and leave me feedback.
Thanks.
