I have had a kidney transplant 3 weeks ago.everything went fine. some of my staples busted and i have an open wound very close to where the new kidney is. After i was released from the hospital I have home health care workers comeing every day to change my dressings. No one else ever comes in contact with the wound except them.
Now i have a staph infection in the wound . I need to know what the period of time is after being exposed to staph do the symptom occure? If i know that I will know which nurse gave me the infection. Then I can request she not come back. Keep in mind I am taking antirejection drugs and a few more medications to keep my imune bottomed out.
