Hello

It could be due to the sinus drainage, OR the medicine you are taking for it. Side effects of decongestants can cause light headedness. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water as these medicines can cause some dehydration which can cause dizziness as well.

Your urine should be clear to very light yellow. Any darker and you need to drink more water.
