have you been tested for anemia?

have you been tested for Narcolepsy?

have you had your thyroid tested?

have you had any blood work or xrays to see if there is an underlying condition?

Any vitamin your lacking?

You may have an underlying condition that is causeing you to feel this way you would need further testing blood work, xrays etc.. to know where its coming from then and only then will you be able to get a medication to benefit you.
