Hello, Customer (name blocked for privacy),
From my own experience and from others I know who suffer with headaches, including migraines, the most effective over-the-counter med to take is Excedrine. It should be taken as soon as your husband feels the headache coming on and not wait until it is a full blown ache.
Has your husband been seen by a doctor? It sounds like he may be experiencing migraines. It would be to his advantage to see a doctor because there are effective prescription medications for migraines.
