I am 22 yrs old, male, and think i have some sort of skin infection/condition/STD. On my penis itself are extremely small pimple/acne like bumps that seem to have white inside of them.. mollsucum maybe? However, on the under side of my penis, near the head are small red/pinkish rashes. They seem to get dry. At the base of my penis, on the left, spreading onto my testicles is a pinkish rash thats about the size of 2 quarters. It gets EXTREMELY dry and is very itchy.
