What could it be?

How long have you had this problem? When did you last get your haemoglobin lvel checked? Do you have any pain at the back of the neck?

I don't recall my last set of bloodwork...but now the dizziness seems to be getting worse. My medical problems are as follows(got paper??):
Bipolar disorder(meds.Keppra:500mg 1 twice daily; lamictal 100mg 2 tabs daily; seroquel 200mg 2 tabs @ night for sleeping)
High blood pressure(meds. atenolol 50mg 1 tab. twice daily; diovan hct 160/25mg 1 tab. daily.
Help...PLEASE!!! I am going to call my primary, but I thought you might be able to give me some idea...
