I would really be concerned with the use of this product during pregnancy. It contains the plant by products itself and even though approved (claimed) by the FDA it gives no back up for this. Claiming approval since 1938. It is a homeopathic pill to prevent and help.

warning on page even though they claim FDA registration:

I would strongly suggest using Calamine lotion until you can speak with your OB/GYN on this particular variation of a medication for poison Ivy.

If I may be of further assistance then please reply.

Reply to 4ren6's Post: Was hoping for a definite answer, not a referral to an OB/GYN. I found many articles similar to the one you referred me to. Thanks for trying though.

Ma'am there is no definitive answer to the use of this product and pregnancy.

I believe the added comment of:

Legal Disclaimer: This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

The above would be and is enough to make one not use this product while pregnant.

The mention of your OB/GYN is also practical in as much as she/he could far better advise you on this as they are the treating physician.

My suggestion of calamine lotion is also an adequate and correct answer.

I am not as a doctor going to tell you after a very complete check of this product that it is in fact ok to use while pregnant.

If you still do not accept the above then we can refund your deposit, let you re list, or I can get an MD from this site to speak with you as well and then let you decide which to go with. I stand by my answer.

Thanks for trusting and using Just Answer.
