This most commonly occurs from a low potassium level and although the medications you have taken can help they do not stop the problem. You need to add a daily mutivitamin to your diet and also some potassium based foods such as bananas as this will be a big help to stopping the cramping you are getting at night if this is not due to an injury that is causing muscular pain. Try to elevate your feet as much as possible to lessen the chance of the cramping and also make sure and take your muscle relaxers 30 minutes before bedtime to help loosen the muscles while you are sleeping.
