Over the past 6-8 months, I have noticed my right hand ...

Over the past 6-8 months, I have noticed my right hand thumb twiching slightly. Now lately in is always twiching. Could this be an onstart of something like MS or Parkinsons?

It can of course be the start of something related to MS or Parkinson's but can also be the sign of a tremor or muscle atrophy disorder, even a pinched nerve can cause twitching like you are experiencing. You should be seen to have bloodwork, a stress test, and a full examination performed if this has been going on this long and has become worse instead of getting better. While we always seem to think the worst it may be something that is not major that can be controlled with medication or therapy if this is related to a possible pinched nerve.
