Hello,

There are different types of vaginal cysts. The main aim of treatment in each case is to open the cyst and drain its contents. The cyst is then repaired to prevent it from forming again.

If you could give me more details about the cyst, I could tell you what needs to be done. Please post the size of the cyst, its position (inside or outside the vagina, near the outer lips etc) , if there is any pain, how long it has been present, if you are taking any medicines for it, any vaginal discharge or itching etc.
