THIS IS A GREAT EXPENCE TO ME EVERY MONTH.
I GET SS DISABILITY OF 1212 EVERY MONTH PLUS AN EARLY RETIRMENT AMOUNT OF 424.00
I'M SINGLE & AM ON ALSO ON EQUETRO,WEUUBRUTRIN &SEROQUEL BECAUSE OF MAJOR DEPRESSION PLUS GERD,PLUS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE & CHOLESTROL,.
I HAVE MED D BUT WHEN I GET IN THE "HOLE" IT' CASES ME TO NOT TAKE MY MEDS REGULARY & THUS I GET IN MY OWN PERSONAL TROUBLE MEDICALLY. PLEASE HELP     MARY LOU ADAMS XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

Hi Mary Lou-

I sent you a private message regarding this matter. The message said:

Another option other than Patient Assistance Programs is to request generic versions of the medications.

I know that the FDA has recently approved a generic version of Zoloft. This version works just as well as Zoloft but is MUCH cheaper. Ask your doctor to prescribe this in the future (or ask your pharmacist to substitute the generic version). There are also generic versions available of Caduet, Wellbutrin and Seroquel available.

Additionally, the Nexium is very similar to the over the counter medication Prilosec, which is much cheaper. Check with your doctor to see if you can substitute Prilosec for the Nexium.
