I have had a cough for over a month and a half now and ...

I have had a cough for over a month and a half now and i have taken plenty of medicines but nothing is helping to clear it up. My bones hurt a lot during the week, i bruise easy whereas before it took a lot for me to bruise, I am very fatigue at times, have shortness of breathe, have chest pain sometimes, and am always tired. Any idea of what could be causing all this?
