What is a good pain medicine for knees that have no

I have two bad knees and my doctor hasnt found an effective pain medicine yet. I am taking Feldene. I have taken Celebrex, Ibuprophen, Vioxx, and Bextra. I am allegic to aspirin and Naproxin Sodium.
