I am sure you have been screened for diabetes insipidus and diabetes mellitus as both of these can cause increased urination. These are usually diagnosed with elevations in your blood sugar if it's diabetes mellitus and with elevation of sodium levels in the blood or very dilute urine for diabetes insipidus. Typically with either of these conditions you will experience increase in thirst as well.
A prostate infection can cause increased urination as well as an enlarged prostate but I see that you have gone that route and everything as checked out okay.
If there is no organic cause for your increased urine output and changing your diet does not work, then perhaps your doctor will prescibe you a medicine such as ditropan which works well in controlling symptoms of an overactive bladder.
